They cleaned it and fixed it without a charge because they had done it similar thing a month ago. To their credit, they gave us a cost analysis of installing a new regulator if it becomes necessary. All that was good. Our only complaint is we left the car with them and didn't get a call the next day cause the service manager for us was out sick. We had to call them the following day and ask them what the status of the car is. There should be a communication back up in the event of a service manager being out sick. More

I had a 7 AM appointment on New Year's Eve. Arrived 15 minutes early and gate was locked. Could not get in. Not a big deal, but not a good start for our first appointment. Your older custom Arrived 15 minutes early and gate was locked. Could not get in. Not a big deal, but not a good start for our first appointment. Your older customers (like me) will always arrive early. We can't help it. :) Otherwise our service experience was excellent. Thank you, More
