My rear ball bearings needed to be replaced on a 50k mileage 2018 Impreza. It cost $1600. During that time and the diagnostics they failed to tell me that there was a recall on my car lights. A day after this work my tire pressure sensor started flashing, and each time until the gauge remains on. When I took it back to Subaru, they told me not that they will do a recall item for my lights, but that the tire pressure sensor has low batteries and it will cost more than $800 for the cheaper batteries to be installed. It was a COINCIDENCE that the batteries went bad the day after working on my wheels. This is not a coincidence to me, and it made me lose trust in what’s happening with my car at Subaru. More

The oil change and tire rotation were completed in less time than estimated, and finally the video highlights of the services performed and the maintenance checks done exceeded any information I have ever received from anyone doing repairs or maintenance on one of my vehicles. Very impressive and exhaustively detailed! I have never gone back to a dealership for an oil change after using up the free ones offered as part of the purchase of a vehicle, but I will continue to return to Subaru of North Tampa for all repair and maintenance work in the future.
