On August 06, 2026 my mother and I purchased a Volkswagen Atlas Crosssport 2026 from Smithtown Volkswagen with a sticker price of $53,388.00. After going over paperwork we noticed an additional "o Volkswagen Atlas Crosssport 2026 from Smithtown Volkswagen with a sticker price of $53,388.00. After going over paperwork we noticed an additional "other" charge of $3,400 Tow Buster for 3 years. A charge we never were told about, nor agreed to. After reading the fine print we saw we are able to Request a cancellation on this, especially on a charge we did not agree to knowing the new car already comes with a complimentary roadside assistance. Once we reached out to the finance department they avoided us, hung up, and would not return numerous calls. Finally my Mom received an email from Tom Catapano, the finance manager. The contract Tom sends us in email is a FORGED contract with changed numbers. Different sticker price- Changed to $60,339.38, different numbers, deleted numbers and eSigned signatures we both did not do. We have our original copies of the window sticker, prices, and mishaps they did on their behalf. Signed in PEN by the both of us, also him. Nothing was eSigned!!! DONT GO HERE! More

This was the easiest and most pleasant car leasing or buying experience I’ve ever had. Brandon was great - knowledgeable, easygoing, treated me respectfully and worked to get a deal I felt good about. Th buying experience I’ve ever had. Brandon was great - knowledgeable, easygoing, treated me respectfully and worked to get a deal I felt good about. They were incredibly efficient as well - insurance, plates, everything was super easy. I don’t think many people can say they leased a new car in one day with literally no aggravation! I would definitely recommend Brandon and this dealership. More
