On August 06, 2026 my mother and I purchased a Volkswagen Atlas Crosssport 2026 from Smithtown Volkswagen with a sticker price of $53,388.00. After going over paperwork we noticed an additional "o Volkswagen Atlas Crosssport 2026 from Smithtown Volkswagen with a sticker price of $53,388.00. After going over paperwork we noticed an additional "other" charge of $3,400 Tow Buster for 3 years. A charge we never were told about, nor agreed to. After reading the fine print we saw we are able to Request a cancellation on this, especially on a charge we did not agree to knowing the new car already comes with a complimentary roadside assistance. Once we reached out to the finance department they avoided us, hung up, and would not return numerous calls. Finally my Mom received an email from Tom Catapano, the finance manager. The contract Tom sends us in email is a FORGED contract with changed numbers. Different sticker price- Changed to $60,339.38, different numbers, deleted numbers and eSigned signatures we both did not do. We have our original copies of the window sticker, prices, and mishaps they did on their behalf. Signed in PEN by the both of us, also him. Nothing was eSigned!!! DONT GO HERE! More

We had a VW Cross Sport 2023 and decided we wanted to replace it with a new 2026 . we were looking for a few weeks and were just deciding where we wanted to buy. It was late on Sunday we met Jacob. he let us look at a few things explained different options let us drive a Cross sport with the options we wanted.I explained we had been looking and had gotten some numbers. he said let me put together some figures and if it makes sense I will get you the car in the colors you want. His numbers were a little bit higher but still good. this dealership was closer and the fact that he spent a lot of time with us explaining the different cars and options (Gave us no pressure) Even his manager let him do his thing. We decided this was the place to buy our car. We have bought a lot of cars, and I would say this was a good experience for a change. We picked up our car a couple of days later exactly what we wanted the numbers exactly what we agreed too, and we were on our way in a little more than an hour I hope and expect our future experience with the service department will be just as good Thank You, Jacob and Smithtown VW, More
