Now they found a cracked/leaking valve cover and just the part is $780, They didn’t think to review our service records 1st. Do you think we wouldn’t remember this? That valve cover had to be damaged by their own mechanic and It should have been covered under warranty but was not offered! They are looking to rip a customer off! They lost a 16 year customer due to their recently “under new management” crew. More

One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with buying a used car. A full 4 months later I have still not received my title and registration paperwork despite the vehicle being fully paid off. with buying a used car. Time to get the Attorney General's office, DMV, DCWP, FTC and BBB involved and to file suit. And not only that, but they fraudulently baited and switched the listed price by an extra $10,000. And fraudulently signed my name to legal documents. We are going to have a field day with this one. More
