On 7/13/26 l called southwest kia and spoke to Brandon Ortega. I told Brandon what was going on with my truck, Brandon immediately knew my troubles. Brandon placed me on a brief hold and spoke to Brandon Ortega. I told Brandon what was going on with my truck, Brandon immediately knew my troubles. Brandon placed me on a brief hold and when he returned to the phone he told me he was on his way to my home. Brandon was very attentive to my concerns and knowledgeable of what was going on with my truck. The repairs were made and my truck was returned to me the very same day.
