I’m Brandon Ortega, an Internal Service Advisor at Southwest Kia Dallas, where I help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. My role focuses on coordinating and managing service needs for our internal inventory—ensuring that every vehicle is properly inspected, reconditioned, and ready for the lot. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, I work closely with our technicians and sales team to make sure every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. From safety checks to service scheduling, I take pride in keeping the process efficient, accurate, and on time.
