Nothing changed. Still same slow service as the previous two times. Almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation each time despite appointments at 8am. After 2hrs had to ask what’s taking so long and told it’s almost done then 30 minutes later being told “we’re draining the oil now we had trouble with the lug nuts” in my opinion is just ridiculous.
