Our drive to Jerry Hunt is around an hour long. The advisor from the service department as well as the technician were top notch. If my warranty could come through, that would be even better. Brandon, Tony, and Rick ALL did their part to sort service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Issue solved though it was disheartening to see Brandon have to juggle 2 to 3 phone lin service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Issue solved though it was disheartening to see Brandon have to juggle 2 to 3 phone lines ringing or on hold with little to no help from anyone. Same still he handled it all, and I tried my best to help him out with patience from check-in day to a return to the facility for a pickup of an ordered part for the vehicle a few days after original service date. All three gentlemen are aces for sure! More
