Our drive to Jerry Hunt is around an hour long. The staff has a lot of expertise that keeps my 2008 Honda CRV on the road. They are dedicated to making the right repair. The advisor from the service department as well as the technician were top notch. If my warranty could come through, that would be even better. I had been chasing down a rattling noise for about a year wh technician were top notch. If my warranty could come through, that would be even better. I had been chasing down a rattling noise for about a year when my warranty was still valid, unfortunately, the problem couldn’t be spotted until it expired. The service department was very fair to my issue and made sure that I was well taken care of. The tech went as far as looking to make sure the rest of my undercarriage and suspension parts were in good shape. I would recommend Jerry Hunt service to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired or maintained. More

Brandon, Tony, and Rick ALL did their part to sort service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Issue solved though it was disheartening to see Brandon have to juggle 2 to 3 phone lin service and fully diagnose my vehicle issue(s) to completion. Issue solved though it was disheartening to see Brandon have to juggle 2 to 3 phone lines ringing or on hold with little to no help from anyone. Same still he handled it all, and I tried my best to help him out with patience from check-in day to a return to the facility for a pickup of an ordered part for the vehicle a few days after original service date. All three gentlemen are aces for sure! More
