INFINITI OF TACOMA REVIEW Around March 22nd, 2022; my 2013 Infiniti G37S was worked on by a certified mechanic, in the garage of Infiniti of Tacoma. After the repairs were completed, the certified mecha 2013 Infiniti G37S was worked on by a certified mechanic, in the garage of Infiniti of Tacoma. After the repairs were completed, the certified mechanic took my 2013 Infiniti G37S for a test drive. While on the test drive the certified Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic did not check all the fluids in my car before the test drive. That is why the certified Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic blew-up my engine. I would like to point out that the car the certified Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic blew-up the engine, of a car that was paid for in full. Because I brought my 2013 Infiniti with the money I received from my Social Security Check. Yes, I’m on Social Security. No, before Infiniti of Tacoma ruined my car I did not have to work. But now due to the Infiniti of Tacoma’s mechanics negligence, I have to work to replace the car due to the negligence of the Infiniti of Tacoma’s mechanic. I did however bring this issue of negligence to the attention of the general manager of Infiniti of Tacoma. He is a very nice manger, and he has leadership, he is to be admired. The general manager told me he would work with me to get me a car to replace the car that was ruined due to the negligence of the Infiniti of Tacoma mechanic. It is now September 30th, 2024, and I am still waiting for the general manager to keep his word. I saw the general manager try to replace my 2013 Infiniti G37S; I want to point out that I have been patiently waiting for over two years to make the negligence of their certified mechanic; fairly made right again, with another car of similar style and value. More
