Paid $399 for a side-molding installation for my new Odyssey on the day I purchased the vehicle. The sales guy told me he would call me for the installation appointment. No calls at all. I called x 2 but noone would call me back. Imagine this is the service I have already paid for!!!! Finally I requested to talk to a manager and he helped me only because I threatened them that I would give them a bad review. My sales guy was hoping I would forget it after paying $400. Such a terrible experience. He was so nice and sweet until I bought the car then he ignored me!!!!!! Wouldn’t send my family and friends there!!!!!!!!!! More
