Went in for 1st maintenance on my new Black Widow that I

They had my vehicle all day, which was fine as I had then day off. When I picked up the truck the socket was still on the same tire, thus told me they had not rotated the tires. Then had gone over in the invoice though prior that they had. It was Friday afternoon so no way could I sit and get it knocked out. I had to take a half day off which I live 90 miles away. While they got me in, noting else was mentioned. I was at least hoping they would have washed it for the work that I missed.

Truck needed transmission control module. $1000 to replace, I agreed to fix it and declined the other useless $5k recommendations for everyday PM service that we handle on our own. Then I get the dreaded email that everybody in the world hates to get. "Transmission control module did not fix your problem, you need a cable and it will cost an extra $600 to replace it". Was this poor diagnosis by the tech? Was the TCM good and the cable bad and it was misdiagnosed? Were both bad and should have been presented on the 1st estimate? Nobody knows. I paid the $1000 and took a trailer to pick up my truck. I have been sending all my company vehicles to big spring for dealership repair, but this one was an exception because I didnt need the truck that week. Bad judgement on my part.

It is the slowest service I’ve ever had.
I’ve tried 3 times and only did this one because it was a warranty issue and it takes months to get something fixed. This last issue they had my van
