Dropped off my car at 1. They said it would take 2 hours max. It ended up taking 3 1/2 hours. At the 2 hour mark, I called and texted and no one responded for over an hour. It was pleasant and quick turn around with getting my car back. I do wish they would have put a reminder sticker in the windshield for next oil change.
