I was happy with my salesman. He is very thorough and help me select between a couple different cars however, when I decided on a car that has never been titled, it was only used He is very thorough and help me select between a couple different cars however, when I decided on a car that has never been titled, it was only used by the dealership. It only came with one key. I thought that might be normal until I looked into it. All new cars come with two keys and apparently they lost one and it’s gonna cost me over $500 to get a second key. When I brought this to their attention after the purchase, I was told by the manager basically that’s tough luck and it comes with one key. I’m mad that it was not disclosed to me upfront and I was made to believe cars only come with one key. After checking into other dealerships, I find out that’s not correct. I thought that was misled and now I’m out $500 for a second key. I will be contacting Volkswagen corporate to find out if there’s anything that can be done. More
