This is my third review (updating everytime something changes) and I can safely say that Keffer Mazda does care about their customers. They’re human and they make mistakes, but the work harder than any o changes) and I can safely say that Keffer Mazda does care about their customers. They’re human and they make mistakes, but the work harder than any other dealership to correct those mistakes. If you want a dealership and service department who will always have your best interest at heart, I would definitely recommend Keffer Mazda. More

Excellent services, from James to David, I can’t say enough of how wonderful everyone is at this dealership. The finance gentleman was fabulous as well, My only complaint is the amount of time it took enough of how wonderful everyone is at this dealership. The finance gentleman was fabulous as well, My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the deal done. I understand someone was being trained, however, I arrived at 920 and didn’t leave with my new car until 2:45 and had nothing to eat and was unable to learn about all my cars features because I was hungry and had to get back home for a meetings. Overall start to finish I would highly recommend this dealership and I originally was not even going to buy a Mazda until I met all of the hardworking professional employees who went above and beyond to assist me I hope I continue to receive the same service moving forward More

I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda 6 Sport from this dealership. After speaking with my sales rep about wanting Apple Car Play in my car, it took about a week for me to realize the Mazda 6 Sport is the dealership. After speaking with my sales rep about wanting Apple Car Play in my car, it took about a week for me to realize the Mazda 6 Sport is the only Mazda not equipped with CarPlay in the newer models. This sucks because I would've purchased a different, more expensive trim, of this vehicle if I had known. While in the dealership a week later, I actually spoke with the Sales and Part department on purchasing Apple CarPlay. They instructed me they had one left, however I COULD NOT come in over the weekend to get it installed. We set a appointment on Tuesday for install. 90m before my install, I was called to be told the part was sold, OVER the weekend, when I was specifically told I could not come in. Their weak excuse on how this happened was accompanied by "We have you on a list since this is on backorder, however we dont know when this part may arrive." The Mazda6 are being discontinued so I'm not holding my breath on them getting one part, they dont need. More
