I experienced two surprises. The first one was, the person I was in contact with was not a salesman with Clement Ford. He did not tell me if the vehicle was available, even after The first one was, the person I was in contact with was not a salesman with Clement Ford. He did not tell me if the vehicle was available, even after sending me emails for a few days,giving me a sales pitch. The second surprise was when I called the dealership to see about a test drive I was told by one of the actual salesman that the vehicle was already sold and they were waiting on the new owner to come pick up the vehicle. I asked why it was still advertised on their website and cars.com with no mention of being sold. The answer was that they had not got aroundto removing it from the web. I guess that's a good way to keep drawing attention. ? More
