Unprofessional and rude sales manager I was dealing with online sales in my search for a new vehicle. All was working well and they were responsive. When they gave me an offer I asked if I was dealing with online sales in my search for a new vehicle. All was working well and they were responsive. When they gave me an offer I asked if they could do better, the person replied that we can negotiate when I come in and that they would definitely come up with a good deal for me. The sales person was nice but never wanted to talk about pricing until I kept on asking. He gave me the same number as the internet sales person did and try to sell me add ons. I told him no to the add ons and that I came in to negotiate per my conversation with Michelle (internet sales)- She said we could negotiate from $21,716. I was never asked what I was willing to pay. The sales person kept on with the internet figure, so I told him thank you and walked out. The assistant sales manager Brandon came out being confrontational and rude, telling me that this is a good deal and that I shouldn't expect more. And to top if off he crumbles our paperwork up in front of us as we left. More
