The initial dealings with Justin were awesome. He was very responsive and communicated with us very well. Once the deal was done, customer service went down hill. Anthony did a nice job going through our different options but we felt very rushed. We couldn't complete the transaction that day. We had to remove items from our trade-in and make some money transfers before we could finalize. Anthony asked if we could bring the title and check at 9:00AM the next day. We had some conflicts but we were able to accommodate the request. Upon arrival a little after 9, my wife entered the show room to talk to Anthony and finalize the deal. Anthony wasn't in yet. Justin was off for a wedding. My wife waited for over 30 minutes. I am a little hadicapped right now so I finally called the switchboard to ask for help. That seemed to get things moving. The vehicle was brought around and there were papers to be signed. The plates were transferred and we were told we could go. We only received one key fob and were told they would have to find the second one. This was unacceptable. The key fobs are a pricey item and we didn't think we should have to purchase a second fob ourselves. We received a 'What we owe you' form which we accepted. I did notice that the promise of a second key is only good for 30 days. We're not very confident in that promise. Very upset with the lack of service we received after we signed the contract. It was like "thanks for the cash. Now hit the road!" We worked hard to accommodate the early pickup request only to be treated rudely. More

Paul was very nice to deal with, but the dealer isn’t as nice to deal with, they couldn’t scan my car because it was a Chevy.
