The girl behind the desk was not knowledgeable. She told me, "I didn't know your car was coming in today". Even though I had an appointment made the week before. Then she got mad because she had to go out into the rain to move my car to another stall. I just came in through the rain. Then she was talking to the mechanic beside my car, and I went inside to see what was going on. He said to me, so you are here for an oil change. I said no, I just bought the car a month and a half ago! I am here to replace the broken taillight that was on the car when I purchased it, and was promised it would be fixed for free, and the scratch buffed. The mechanic was nice and just fine. I would not recommend her to anyone! No sense of customer service, didn't even listen when I first told her why I was here. Everyone else was kind and courteous. My sales lady Monica Develice brought my keys and walked me out. I like her. Also, The add said $3,500 Push, pull, or drag it in, if it has wheels and a title, it’s worth $3,500 during this limited time sales event running from April 17-25 at Russ Darrow Direct! 💥 👉 The Push, Pull, and Drag guaranteed $3,500 trade-in allowance is available for any car, truck, or SUV that is currently registered and titled to the purchaser. We traded in our truck. We were given $1000. for it. We do feel we were misled by the add. $3,500 Guaranteed Trade Value Even if it's old. Even if it has high miles. Even if it's been sitting in your driveway. During the Push Pull Drag Sale, your trade has a minimum $3,500 value toward a qualifying vehicle. Why does the ad say $3500 minimum, and we only got $1000. That's false advertising. We do like our new car. The windshield still needs to be fixed. It has a chip that was there when we bought it. I traveled 54 miles to test drive a vehicle. Pretty much as expected for a dealership. Got great response when getting car out the door but when issues were brought up after purchase we got radio silence. There were things that we felt should have been standard (like topping off fluids or having the car running before we left the dealership so we weren't stepping into a cold, frosted windowed vehicle) weren't done. Me and my 6 year old son were stranded the day after purchase in one of the bitterly cold days because the key fob wasn't working (suspecting low battery that we ended up changing). Little things like that just changed our view of the whole experience with the dealership. More

The initial dealings with Justin were awesome. He was very responsive and communicated with us very well. Once the deal was done, customer service went down hill. Anthony did a nice job going through our different options but we felt very rushed. We couldn't complete the transaction that day. We had to remove items from our trade-in and make some money transfers before we could finalize. Anthony asked if we could bring the title and check at 9:00AM the next day. We had some conflicts but we were able to accommodate the request. Upon arrival a little after 9, my wife entered the show room to talk to Anthony and finalize the deal. Anthony wasn't in yet. Justin was off for a wedding. My wife waited for over 30 minutes. I am a little hadicapped right now so I finally called the switchboard to ask for help. That seemed to get things moving. The vehicle was brought around and there were papers to be signed. The plates were transferred and we were told we could go. We only received one key fob and were told they would have to find the second one. This was unacceptable. The key fobs are a pricey item and we didn't think we should have to purchase a second fob ourselves. We received a 'What we owe you' form which we accepted. I did notice that the promise of a second key is only good for 30 days. We're not very confident in that promise. Very upset with the lack of service we received after we signed the contract. It was like "thanks for the cash. Now hit the road!" We worked hard to accommodate the early pickup request only to be treated rudely. More
