When I came back a few days later to deliver the title of the car I traded in and to have an state inspection performed, I got stuck in traffic. I called Brandon and told him I was stuck in traffic and would be arriving just before 5:00 (service dept closing) and he made sure that a service technician was on hand upon my arrival to complete the inspection. That saved me from making another trip later in the week for an inspection sticker. I have purchased two vehicles at Herb Chambers (Burlington dealership) over the past 9 years and I have consistently received superior service.
