What I found most appealing about the whole process is that we were never pressured to buy anything. The people who work there seemed happy to be there. No bait and switch, no aggressive salespeople. I felt quite at ease. Brandon was a true professional. The minute we sat down to discuss the vehicle I felt very comfortable. Never before had I felt that way shopping for a car. I wasn't looking forward to go out car shopping that day, but after heading to Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, that all changed. My wife is very happy with her new car. When we arrived home with the vehicle my son noticed that there was a smudge of some sort on the headliner. I called this morning and spoke to Brandon, he said to come to the dealership, and they would check it out. We took it to the detail shop, and within minutes the issue was resolved. When I came back a few days later to deliver the title of the car I traded in and to have an state inspection performed, I got stuck in traffic. I called Brandon and told him I was stuck in traffic and would be arriving just before 5:00 (service dept closing) and he made sure that a service technician was on hand upon my arrival to complete the inspection. That saved me from making another trip later in the week for an inspection sticker. I have purchased two vehicles at Herb Chambers (Burlington dealership) over the past 9 years and I have consistently received superior service.
