IN SHORT I WENT BACK THINKING IT WOULD BE A FIGHT TO HAVE THE PAINT AND AXLE REPAIRED BUT IT WAS THE OPPOSITE. JUST PIVPED IT UP IT LOOKS AND DRIVES LIKE A NEW VEHICLE. We went in to look at a remaining 2016 Mustang they had in the showroom. I had done my research, and had a reasonably but aggressive price target in mind. The car was beautiful, but I was on the fence about which option packages I really wanted. Brandon was very gracious in letting us check out the different cars on the lot with and without each of the option packages. With minimal haggling, Brandon and his manager agreed to my target price - very professional, and no unnecessary pressure involved, Still undecided, I returned several days later, and Brandon arranged for us to drive both the 2016 we originally came to see, as well as a comparable 2017 that had the other option package I was considering. At no time did I feel pressured (other than by my own difficulty in making up my mind), and Brandon was incredibly patient, understanding, friendly and professional, throughout the entire experience. Ultimately, I decided I wanted a combination of options that Brandon didn't have available, but he said he might be able to locate it for me. Since Brandon had been so incredible to work with, I showed him the best price I had seen elsewhere, and I wanted him to have the opportunity to match it. (I knew it would be difficult to match, since it was from a dealer that does a high volume of online sales, and their prices were very aggressive.) As expected, Herb Chambers wasn't able to match the quoted price, and remaining very professional, wished me the best and asked me to follow up either way. In the end, I did buy the car elsewhere, but I wanted to give a shout out to Brandon for being so great to work with!! More

Brought in vehicle, was told it would take about an hour to resolve all issues. Pulled in at 9:00 a.m. Andy was very professional, and pleasant. 59 minutes later the vehicle was all set. I have got to say that when I arrived there was not a seat to be had in the waiting area. The place was packed. I thought I would be there for a while. I decided to take a walk through the dealership. EVERYONE who I came in contact with greeted me with a smile, and a "good morning sir". These associates couldn't have been any friendlier. I was also approached by Brandon Williams, who sold me my Escape. He remembered me, and asked how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, and have had experiences with the service departments in other dealerships, mostly negative experiences. These guys are the real deal. They genuinely do care about the customer, not like some other dealerships. If you need service, look no further. Also if you need a new, or used vehicle, this is the place to go. Price was in line with other dealerships I had contacted. Very competitive. Made an appointment to go in and take a test drive. Upon arrival, Brandon greeted us. The car we requested was brought around, and we went for a test drive. We asked a number of questions, and Brandon was very knowledgeable.about the Escape Titanium. Next step the trade appraisal. Their offer was in line with other vehicles similar to ours. We decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. What I found most appealing about the whole process is that we were never pressured to buy anything. The people who work there seemed happy to be there. No bait and switch, no aggressive salespeople. I felt quite at ease. Brandon was a true professional. The minute we sat down to discuss the vehicle I felt very comfortable. Never before had I felt that way shopping for a car. I wasn't looking forward to go out car shopping that day, but after heading to Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, that all changed. My wife is very happy with her new car. When we arrived home with the vehicle my son noticed that there was a smudge of some sort on the headliner. I called this morning and spoke to Brandon, he said to come to the dealership, and they would check it out. We took it to the detail shop, and within minutes the issue was resolved.
