Our visit with the finance office was less than inviting. The man who came out to get us was apologetic for the long wait and was friendly. However, Luke could use some customer service direction. He was very curt and abrupt. His response to Josh when he came in to ask a question was very dismissive which we found disconcerting. He knew his materials very well but was not very adept at presenting them. For the most part it was a very good experience. More

Auto armor. Sent the car to have auto armor done. Never got a call saying my car was done, had to call them with 30 minutes left of their business day remaining. Sent the car to have auto armor done. When I got the car back all of my belongings were shoved into a duffel bag I had left in the backseat. No big deal, except I mean everything was shoved in there even a rusty mini sledge hammer that was in my car. Auto armor also missed several spots on the interior.
