Cheerful, accommodating, helpful I found the car that I wanted at the price I wanted at Luther which was five hours away from where I live! The deal was very easy to execute over the phone in the car was ready when we arrived. Everybody was happy to see us, they were very cheerful and made us comfortable. The business office got to us right away and service immediately accommodated some changes that I needed to make. The salesman was always looking ahead to the next stop and help to get everything arranged, he even help me move my things from my old car into my new car. This is the third time in a month I've been involved with a car purchase and on the two other occasions we waited an extended period of time for the business office, the car wasn't ready, the salesman didn't move the process forward there were issues in the sales office once there and with the vehicle. It was all due to lack of preparation lack of communication within those organizations. Luther Hyundai was a breath of fresh air by comparison. More

Some mistakes were made with communication in the finance end . Could have been handled better. Lease agreement had been signed and monthly payment discussed. The monthly payment discussed without mention of $2000.00 down payment. This was brought to my attention by a phone call from the finance department 3 days later. I was given the choice to either pay the $2000.00 down to keep my payment the same or have to come back to the dealership and redo the lease paperwork and payments would change and of course be more. I decided to pay the $2000.00 down to keep my payment down. I have been a long time Hyundai customer. Have leased and purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles since 2006. More
