Was continually told the incorrect information or not being told the full information which resulted in having to come to the dealership 3 separate times for a simple lease buyout. Once finally getting t being told the full information which resulted in having to come to the dealership 3 separate times for a simple lease buyout. Once finally getting to do my lease buyout, the process took nearly 3 hours due to technology issues- however no one ever came and told me that was going on, just left to sit alone for an hour with 0 communication. I made an appointment for my buyout, however the salesman clearly had no idea I was on the calendar and was unprepared and left me to sit while he did things for other clients. I understand lease buyouts are not as important as buying a new car, however it is unacceptable to make me jump through so many unnecessary hoops and wait around for hours on end. Will never be coming back and will be telling others to avoid this place. More

I would give them 0 stars if I could, they damage my car, during a recall repair and refused to fix it, they were very rude, Nancy and Kaliyah and someone else at customer care, blamed us for the damage! Such a great dealership. My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles from here. The people there are very nice and make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. I tried to schedule a recall for my Genesis GV70. They have the part BUT I can not get scheduled for an appointment until July 25, today is May 19. More than two (2) MONTHS to get scheduled! WRONG!!
