Morgan keeten was my service rep. He was not welcoming or friendly compared to my first time in for service and had JP as my rep. Morgan didn’t smile, didn’t offer any additional info He was not welcoming or friendly compared to my first time in for service and had JP as my rep. Morgan didn’t smile, didn’t offer any additional information, gave attitude. I understand maybe the policy at Kia of everett is tell every customer who asks for a rental, there is no rental available even though there is one available. However he didn’t wait to hear my situation out where I had called in advance and a manager approved me for a rental since my car was just in for service for 3 weeks for an engine issue and this second time I’m coming in was immediately the next day after I picked up my car and the same engine light came back on. What if I had another 3 weeks with no car? When I did receive the rental car from Morgan he added a comment about wanting the rental car back since the dealership needs it. I didn’t feel like that was necessary to make me feel bad about taking a rental car. Everyone else is very friendly and not condescending. More

I can't say enough about the sales staff at Kia of Everett. I have purchased about two dozen new and used cars during my lifetime, and this was my first used car purchase from Kia of Everett. I really Everett. I have purchased about two dozen new and used cars during my lifetime, and this was my first used car purchase from Kia of Everett. I really don't think they know how exceptional they are in the business of helping people find the best car for their needs. They work together as a team to make sure you're more than comfortable and satisfied with the experience. Brandt was the first one to help me. I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't like the process of buying a car. He is so personable and reassuring. Later when Brandt was busy with another customer, I received help from Ben, Izzy and Ren, some of the sales managers. They were all so easy to talk with and they were genuinely interested in answering all my questions and responding to my requests to fix little issues I found when examining the car I was interested in buying. No one sales person sold me the car, but I was sold on Kia of Everett. One of the best car buying experiences of my 40 years of buying cars. More
