I've had 2 Rav4s from Sloan and I've had no problems and great service with both. I'm moving up to the Tacoma this time. (The offer was too good to pass up.) From my initial info inquiry on the website, Brandy was prompt in reaching out to me and adept at following up without being pushy. When I was finally able to make it in, Brandy made my wife and I feel ex prompt in reaching out to me and adept at following up without being pushy. When I was finally able to make it in, Brandy made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable, heard my needs and directed us to a car that met every item on my checklist and had features I didnt even know I wanted. Martin also made us feel really comfortable…and while it may seem like a no-brained, Martin made a point of acknowledging myself and my wife as individuals and equals. We’ve encountered car dealerships that don’t do that, so it was appreciated. I felt so taken care of by Brandy and Martin, I am honestly looking forward to my first oil change so that I can see them again. My wife, who is currently driving her “dream car” a BMW left Sloane saying, “this is where we should come to buy Kaeden’s (our 14 year old) first car.” And she has expressed that maybe she wants to get. Toyota from y’all as her next car. This credit goes to Brandy and Martin for making us feel so welcome, comfortable and taken care of! I’d been hearing so many horror stories about people trying to buy a car, but I felt like my experience was a romantic comedy, for how much fun I had and how much I love my new care and my experience at Sloane. More
