I wasn’t informed of several big scratches on vehicle before arriving, didn’t find out until I drove 6 hrs to sign paperwork, manager also informed me that he could get me the best bank rate 🙄. It was at least 2 points higher than I was expecting. Finance guy had a attitude after I told him I declined any extra warranty, needless to say I wouldn’t buy anything from them again, although our salesperson Brandi was nice to deal with. More
