I purchased a 2023 F-350 from Hall and Braxton Was a wonderful help through the whole process. After I picked up the truck I had a few minor glitches and Braxton helped me with getting the issues resolv wonderful help through the whole process. After I picked up the truck I had a few minor glitches and Braxton helped me with getting the issues resolved. He even set up a loner so I had transportation while my new ride was getting fixed. I highly recommend having Braxton as your Sales guy. More

Braxton took time to go over some the of finer details of the vehicle. He wasn't pushy and when I asked to test drive another vehicle to compare the upgrades he actually didn't try to upsale me on the more the vehicle. We went over the additional features and he helped me to realize that the upgraded model wasn't really a good fit for me. I had to leave my truck and return the next day to pick it up after driving my new car home. While there he even had them complete a state inspection on my truck for free. Solid guy and someone I would definitely recommend others to. More

I absolutely love Braxton and Beau both. Braxton my salesman put me in an affordable vehicle and was incredibly helpful each step of the way! He also kept my daughter entertained so that Bea Braxton my salesman put me in an affordable vehicle and was incredibly helpful each step of the way! He also kept my daughter entertained so that Beau in financing could get my undivided attention, and give me a warranty to cover all my needs! 20/10 recommend! I first went to Tom McNally who was incredibly nasty and made me uncomfortable. But do not allow one employee to take from the rest of the amazing staff! So glad Beau made me comfortable and was so helpful where Tom was not! More

I walked in skeptical, because well "all car dealers and salesman are crooked". I am glad to have been proven wrong at Hall Ford in E.
