5 Stars – Cheryl & Team Made My Car-Buying Experience a Total Win! After my trusty Equinox experienced an unfortunate mechanical breakdown, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. But the team at the dealershi Total Win! After my trusty Equinox experienced an unfortunate mechanical breakdown, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. But the team at the dealership made the entire process smooth, professional, and even fun! Cheryl in sales was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, upbeat, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right replacement. I can be a little picky when it comes to vehicle features, but Cheryl never rushed me—she showed me as many cars as I needed to see and even searched the wider database across other Auto Park locations to make sure I had every option available. And she found it: a cute, bright red Chevrolet Trax SUV that checked all the boxes! While my Equinox was being serviced, Braxton kept me fully in the loop with clear, professional updates on the parts installation. They even helped arrange towing from the breakdown location and set me up with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. The level of care and communication really stood out. I’m thrilled with my new ride—I’ve already named her Conan (because like O’Brien, she’s bold and red, of course)! Huge thanks to Cheryl, Braxton, and the whole team for making this transition easy and joyful. Highly recommend! — Joy More
