My car only had 9500 miles on it. .. i was told my rotors need resurfacing and my brake pads replaced. Not to mention we ordered a part I asked before it was ordered if the veh was sti .. i was told my rotors need resurfacing and my brake pads replaced. Not to mention we ordered a part I asked before it was ordered if the veh was still under warranty. The part was ordered I found my warranty and canceled the service. I was charged 55 dollars to restock a part that was never even pulled yet and was not on the road to get to this place yet. I feel very taken advantage of cause I'm a woman. My rotors are perforated and now my male friends are telling me u aren't supposed to resurface those. Now I feel like im in danger. I used to love this place but I now will never go back here again. Total lack of communication. Unfairly charged for back-to-back diagnostics that supposedly discovered different issues within days of each other. Was told if I was a loyal custom Unfairly charged for back-to-back diagnostics that supposedly discovered different issues within days of each other. Was told if I was a loyal customer I wouldn’t have been charged for two diagnostics. Just moved to Norman, so not sure how I could build loyalty for being charged unnecessarily. This dealership is woefully understaffed and it took nearly two weeks to have engine light investigated. Loyalty is a two way street. Bye Felicia. More
