Service reps were awesome the best part was the repair technician who understood I wanted my 2006 vehicle repaired not replaced. To accomplish that he had to fabricate two of the coolant hoses needed. And technician who understood I wanted my 2006 vehicle repaired not replaced. To accomplish that he had to fabricate two of the coolant hoses needed. And fix two leaks. He also did a fantastic job checking other systems and discovered a burned out parking bulb. More

I was told that it would take 1 hour and it took 3 hours, then had to take it back in immediately because my main screen was blank. This is the second time I was told it would only take an hour but it was 3 then had to take it back in immediately because my main screen was blank. This is the second time I was told it would only take an hour but it was 3 hours. I love my truck but the service department needs some serious work. My settings have been changed now I am having to figure out how to reset them. I will request a loner for any work to be done on my vehicle from this point on! More
