Great customer service from the front desk standpoint. However, the last two times I have taken my vehicle in, a part has been broken during service. Recently oil housing adapter cracked while removing oil filter and now it drips oil. Didn’t leak oil when I dropped it off for service. Quoted at $1000. Will not return until service department is fixed. More

Braxton was awesome. I came in after having problems starting my van, digitally saying bad key. Braxton checked if the recall had been serviced and the part was available. Braxton and service department starting my van, digitally saying bad key. Braxton checked if the recall had been serviced and the part was available. I was really impressed the first time I brought the car in. This one we decided to use the pickup/delivery option. It started with the pickup being an hour late. Then we weren’t able to get the car anal in. This one we decided to use the pickup/delivery option. It started with the pickup being an hour late. Then we weren’t able to get the car analysis done that day so we had to leave it overnight. Then I had to reach out numerous times to get a status. The estimate seemed high on an maintenance light issue we have had since purchasing the vehicle. The other issue was we had to pay another $100 for analysis for the weird issue that was like a slipping transmission. It required an update. We had to this last time. Just a little frustrating that analysis and updates are not included when it is potentially a safety issue. More

Service took about 30 minutes longer than estimated (a total of 1.5 hours) which we had to sit and wait because we couldn’t even get a ride to the mall on the other side of the highway. Then I was told that they don’t offer courtesy rides on weekends which was a lie because I have had it done on multiple occasions and all on weekends! More
