Braxton Stoneking was the initial person we came in contact with. He was nice but not very helpful. We sat for 2 hrs waiting before he came to tell us he was waiting in authorization. Another 1hr wen contact with. He was nice but not very helpful. We sat for 2 hrs waiting before he came to tell us he was waiting in authorization.
