Assuming the work was completed correctly I have no problem with the service expect for the fact that my intake hose was not installed at all and the I had no coolant which led to me car over heating o problem with the service expect for the fact that my intake hose was not installed at all and the I had no coolant which led to me car over heating on my way to work I found said hose in my car. I had an appointment for 7am to have repair work on my Chrysler 300. My car was immediately placed in a stall for the repair work to begin, as I waited at the dealership for completion of the repairs. Br Chrysler 300. My car was immediately placed in a stall for the repair work to begin, as I waited at the dealership for completion of the repairs. Braxton Stoneking was the service manager handling the service for my car. Braxton keep me apprised on the status of the repairs and time to complete. Mike the mechanic was great as well. After explaining to Mike what was going on with my car, he knew exactly what it was and had me look to see what needed to be done. Mike also kept me apprised of the status of my car and when completion would be done. Both Braxton and Mike were very courteous and considerate of my time waiting at the dealership. I’ll be contacting Braxton and Mike for any future repairs on my car. It was as if I were the only customer they had that day. I loved the personal attention. More
