Even with an appointment made, my vehicle wasn't seen for 7 days. It was a very frustrating process, especially since the problem was never figured out. The service was good as always. However, it was about ten days after it was towed in before it was looked at and diagnosed. Then another week to get parts in(not their fault). Also, I told them in service twice that I’d be interested in trading in for a new, exactly same, car. I’ve never heard from anyone! More
