Ridiculous Waited for 4 hours at the dealership for a quick fix of the steering damper recall, oil change and tire rotation. Tech shows up after 3 hours of me si Waited for 4 hours at the dealership for a quick fix of the steering damper recall, oil change and tire rotation. Tech shows up after 3 hours of me sitting in the lobby and explains that the assigned tech didn't even start on it because he was slacking off and that he worked on it as quickly as he could to get it back to me. Noticed later that they didn't rotate in my spare, which I requested them to do when I arrived, and I'm unsure if they even bothered to rotate the others. Had to do it all myself in my garage the following day. All was free due to Jeep wave program, but ended up being shoddy work and complete waste of my time. Unsure of the names involved with my service from their Service Department, I'm just going to rate them all 1 star. More

I wanted to start with late models, but would have considered new cars, because I knew how I wanted the car configured. Randy took us to see a couple of used 2017 models. The one was near perfect. We left because my wife wasn’t feeling well. Over the weekend Randy and I talked and he made a decent offer on my trade in. We stopped back in on Monday and finalized the deal. I never felt any pressure from Randy or any other salesman. All in all it was as close to being as pleasant as a car deal could be. More
