The technician found it to be a loose cowl under the hood. Mr. Stineking quickly got back to me as soon as the repair was made. Poor Service Brought my car in because service shifter indicator kept coming on, losing power on turns, and dying. Service tech said it was due to being overdue fo Brought my car in because service shifter indicator kept coming on, losing power on turns, and dying. Service tech said it was due to being overdue for oil change. Agreed to oil change and any other work needed to correct problem. Charged me for oil change and $63 for a test drive after which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. Argued to charge and ultimately told by management that the tech was correct but would wave the charge. Driving the vehicle later that day the service shifter indicator came on again and still acts sluggish when accelerating. So problem not solved or fixed. More
