7 hour oil change. Lied to every visit I was given a business card from Scott Elsberry for a free oil change and a tank of gas. Scott told me to come when I came in a could get a courtesy vehicle. When I came in for the appointment the service advisor was ride with me and said I would not be allowed a vehicle. I asked him to take that up with Scott. Scott got me taken care of. When I was called that my vehicle was done they had only changed the oil and not put gas in it. The service adviser was rude to me again when I asked for this to be resolved. He took me to the front and obviously did not want to talk to me. Once my car was fueled I had to ask for my keys back that were sitting in front of the receptionist as I was made to wait another 30 minutes for this and was not told when it was done. I was given these free services by Scott after Braxton had offered me a free oil change previously but write "free vacuum" on his card instead of oil change. That was in apology for the first time I came in for an oil change and it took 7 hours of me waiting in the dealership. I was not allowed a courtesy vehicle then either because it would only be 30-45 minutes. This isn't even half of the bad experiences I've had here. When I bought my car here we completed the loan paperwork only to be greeted by our salesman to be told they sent the car to detail and now can't find it. This was at 11pm and an employee had taken it from the detail shop and driven it home. They set us up with a different vehicle and we went through with signing the loan paperwork again for this vehicle. Only to find the next week that our rear view mirror was not only broken but was a regular mirror and not the auto dimming mirror the vehicle was stated to come with. We brought the car back to the dealership to get this fixed we were told by Braxton that they had needed that part for another vehicle and would get ours replaced. While I was there I asked for our vehicle to get detailed because since the one they had detailed for us to buy was taken home by an employee, they had never detailed the one we did buy because it was 11:30pm and the detail shop had gone home. When I asked for the original detail I was owed Braxton told me they could not simply detail my car for free. I would have to pay for it. I explained that I didn't need the whole thing detailed I just wanted the residue off the windows from the paperwork while it was on the lot and the white window chalk off the windshield. After talking with our salesman he said they would take care of it. It took nearly 3 hours for then to " fit us in" to clean 3 windows. We walked around best buy until they called us because of course I could not get a courtesy vehicle because it would be fine so quick. When we were called it was done we found that they had vacuumed our floor mats and sprayed down the dash. But had not cleaned the windows. I had to further argue with Braxton to finally get them to clean the windows while I waited. I also came in this summer because my windshield cracked while my vehicle was parked in my driveway. I brought it in to the service department and had Braxton look at it. He agreed that there was no evidence on any impact and it should be covered by the manufacturer. They would submit a warranty claim. After about a week I called back to find out if they had any updates. He rude that I expected an answer so soon. Said it could take a month to hear back but that he would call me either way the next week to tell me if there was any update. Over a month goes by and I stop back to find out what is going on. The windshield would not be covered as it does not fall under the bumper to bumper warranty and only had a 12 month warranty. When I asked what happened to getting called either way with an update their notes show they called my cell phone and left a message with the lady that answered. I don't have an answering lady. I have been treated rudely, lied to, and been made to wait for terrible service over and over consistently for over a year. This want just a one time thing or just one employee. I had to finally raise my concerns to 5 different employees to end up with an apology $64 oil change. More

I was in to find out why the check engine lite was on They worked me in and did the work. Gave me a ride home.
