Great service and friendly staff Braxton helped me with my car, it was due for an oil, filters change, and also tire rotation. Thanks for your help. Braxton was very kind and helpful. The pricing was very high and I felt some of the parts didn’t need to be replaced. I was little dis for your help. I was little disappointed when told that a flush would be done with my service but then When I requested a flash only to see if that could fix the issue I was advised that y’all didn’t do that there. Caused a little confusion on my end considering it was $2000 worth of parts being replaced versus just trying a flush of the heater core More

Extremely Fast Service, Kind People I brought my Renegade in for an oil change at 7:00 am, and it was ready for me to leave with at 7:45. Very kind staff, Always upfront about costs. Service department If possible I would have given 0 stars. I called and made an appointment for service on my jeep. I brought the vehicle in the afternoon before so they If possible I would have given 0 stars. I called and made an appointment for service on my jeep. I brought the vehicle in the afternoon before so they would have it on the appointment day. 36 hours later I called and was told they couldn't find my vehicle in their system. The service writer sent me a text a few minutes later stating they had not even looked at my jeep but it was in line to be worked on. I told them I was on my way to get the vehicle. After standing at the cashiers desk for almost 10 minutes the clerk said they couldn't find me in the system, she went to the service writer and re appeared a few minutes later and handed me the keys, she didn't say where my jeep was and just walked away. After locating my vehicle there was no tag on my keys and no number hanging from the mirror. I will never return to this dealership for anything. More

We brought our car in for repair and air bag check We were told a appointment was needed before service could be given. This was not required before, it gave a rejected feeling. Justin was very helpful in explaining why the appointment was necessary and also gave a possible reason for the car problem, which helped me not to be afraid to drive my car. I really appreciate his personal care. Repair problem solved in a timely manner. More

Disgusted!! If 0 stars was an option that's what I would choose. The first time I called lander's it was to find out the cost on three oil changes. They told me $ If 0 stars was an option that's what I would choose. The first time I called lander's it was to find out the cost on three oil changes. They told me $89 & the guy even made a comment about how cheap it was. Naturally, when I got there & they finished the first one they said it was more. They said the guy I spoke with was wrong & they wouldn't honor it. Then 5 mths ago I took my car in for a two day job. It ended up being almost a two week job because one of the employees backed into my car. I asked if they could give me some kind of compensation for the inconvenience & they told me they were fixing my car for free. As if the thought of charging me to fix the damage they caused actually entered their head. The manager ended up giving me ONE free oil change for the inconvenience. Cause that just makes everything better! So last week against my better judgment I took it in again. They did an oil change & reset the computer so my automatic locks would work correctly. Before they started the guy told me it would probably cost $100. When I went to pay they said it was no charge. I even went back out & asked the guys if they couldn't fix the locks since I wasnt charged. He told me they did & I didnt owe anything. I was so excited I went & used that $100 for christmas gifts for my boys. Then today they called me twice & when I didn't answer they called my mother & told her I got away without paying my bill. I just talked to the manager & just like last time he acts as if it doesn't matter that they're the ones that made a mistake. Even my invoice says I dont owe anything! He said hes telling the employees there not to work on my car until I pay it. So, Justin (manager) if u dont want to stand by your employees & honor what they say then YOU need to make sure they know what they're doing & what they should say. I'm truly disgusted with the way you do business! More
