Worst experience of my life. Reported to the BBB and the news. After paying $8000 in repairs I still have the same problem. Their response is that it is unfortunate. The financial departments are liars. They will say anything to get you to buy an extended warranty. The shop isn't any better. They'll tell you they did something but didn't. I have been told twice there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I had an another business look at the brakes and rotors and was told all needed to be replaced. After talking with Steven Clark, the used car brakes. I had an another business look at the brakes and rotors and was told all needed to be replaced. After talking with Steven Clark, the used car manager. I was told they would put new rotors and new brake pads. This morning , June 4, 2022 I brought the car in I was told again there was nothing wrong with the brakes and rotors. I told him to go drive the car and call me back. At 2 o’clock that afternoon they called and told me that my car was ready. They turned the rotors which were warped, and reused the brake pads. Which should never be done. The service advisor wasn’t in when I went to pick up my car and he’s never called me back. The service advisor that helped me when I picked up my car, told me there was more than one way to skin a cat. I guess I was the cat. Very dissatisfied More

They were not able to even look at my car for the reason we brought it in that day even though I had made the appointment a week in advance. We did ask if they could complete an inspection which was done. B we brought it in that day even though I had made the appointment a week in advance. We did ask if they could complete an inspection which was done. But they said it might be a few days before they could address the error light on the dash, so we took the car home. More
