Great customer service! I brought my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for its first service and was greeted by a smiling, friendly service attendant. Overpriced The Dodge dealer where I purchased the truck charges $280 for the exact same service. Then I was informed I needed an EGR service, he said 7 to 9 hour The Dodge dealer where I purchased the truck charges $280 for the exact same service. Then I was informed I needed an EGR service, he said 7 to 9 hours to complete and $1250.00! It's at the dealer right now and only $700.00! You tell me, who is over charging their customers? I won't be back! More

Damaged my jeep My Jeep did not have a wheel lock key to unlock the wheel. (I have never used or removed the key). We were charged $72.54 for a new lock kit. The inst My Jeep did not have a wheel lock key to unlock the wheel. (I have never used or removed the key). We were charged $72.54 for a new lock kit. The installer then stripped the new key when they torqued the lock nut too much. (We we’re having a backup camera installed and needed to take off the spare tire). So, we had to take the Jeep back to Landers once again for a third lock set More

Taking use of warranty Braxton was wonderful. He was very polite and customer oriented. He took care of all needed repairs to my Jeep. I went in to have my condenser replace Braxton was wonderful. He was very polite and customer oriented. He took care of all needed repairs to my Jeep. I went in to have my condenser replaced and when I left 5 to 10 minutes later the trim above the wheel well on the driver's side completely blew off and I had to return to have it replaced and the trim on the passengers side was loose and they replaced it as well. More
