He did not check on it. When I went back to discuss with the manager, he bluntly told me he had no intention of changing the front tires. So they’re getting a one star review because they refused to put $200 worth of tires on a $60,000 truck. And the salesman was more interested than making a sale than having an informed customer. They did not have either of the trucks that they listed online on site when I got there and I was told by the salesman that yes they’re here come on in, but they were not. I did find a decent one, but it was used and it had brand new tires on the back, but it needed tires on the front. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said that should not be a problem after we finished looking at other trucks and I decided on this one I purchased it not thinking about the tires a day or so later when I got it to highway speed and noticed I went back and asked, inquired about the new tires and was directly told by the manager on site that they had no intention of replacing these tires. We’re looking at the vehicle. I noticed the front tires were worn in the back was brand new. Seems odd to me that for 200 or $250 worth of tires that he would rather have a unsatisfied customer. More
