I scheduled an appointment to check out a Ford Raptor
that I was interested in. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. Since I don’t live nearby, they could have

I’m happy with the deal, and everyone was polite, but I still haven’t received the paperwork I signed, it was supposed to be emailed to me. Despite mentioning this to my sales representative multiple times, I have yet to receive it. Additionally, I had a dash cam in the truck I traded in, and I have repeatedly asked for it back. My salesperson keeps assuring me that they’ll follow up, but I haven’t heard anything.
While the staff was friendly, they must be very busy, as they’ve overlooked getting back to me multiple times now regarding my dash cam and the final sales paperwork.
