I bought the car because it was exactly what I was looking for, and I’m definitely happy with the car itself. My only real disappointment was the condition it was in when I picked it up. The car ha looking for, and I’m definitely happy with the car itself. My only real disappointment was the condition it was in when I picked it up. The car had a pretty noticeable dog smell and still had dog hair throughout the interior. I was on a tight schedule that day and had to pick my kids up from school, so I didn’t really have time to make an issue out of it before leaving. Once I got home and had more time to look through the car, it honestly didn’t seem like much effort had been put into cleaning or detailing it before delivery. I reached out afterward and mentioned the smell and dog hair, and the recommendation was to get some scented vent air fresheners, which was a little disappointing. I wasn’t expecting the car to be absolutely perfect, but I do think a vehicle purchased from a dealership should at least be properly cleaned and detailed before being handed over to the customer. Overall, I really like the car and I’m happy I bought it. I just wish a little more care had been put into getting it ready for delivery, and that my concern afterward had been handled a little differently. More

Breanna was very patient, understanding and helpful in our search for just the right vehicle for our handicap daughter.
