I bought a new Kia from Steve in April, he's a good salesman and I love my car. Due to a military transfer, 8 months later, I found myself forced to sell it. So, I contacted Steve, received a verbal ag salesman and I love my car. Due to a military transfer, 8 months later, I found myself forced to sell it. So, I contacted Steve, received a verbal agreement from management but 3 days later returned for a written agreement. Steve wasn't available so I met with Breez. Things went south with him. First he would not honor the agreement, offered me $5,000.00 less stating he can't even sell the cars he has now. He's great at staring you down and trying to intimidate you. He's rude and it's very sad, he sells Kia's but appears to me that he doesn't think highly of them due to the way he spoke so negatively about them. Doesn't deserve even one star More

I did get my dream car here but bc it's used it came with quirks that needed to be fixed. Things that the pre inspection should've fixed (according to my conversation with Breeze) but didn't. Had this c with quirks that needed to be fixed. Things that the pre inspection should've fixed (according to my conversation with Breeze) but didn't. Had this car 3 weeks now, and has developed a loud noise in rear which turned out to be the brakes that happen to be at 15%. The front edges of the tires are so worn they're in the yellow, had my TRUSTED mechanic look over vehicle (bc of developing loud rear noise) and he said the dipstick is broken inside of oil tube! Couldnt even check t he oil. Then he suggested my mechanic broke it to have them pay for it. There is no way I did all this in the 3 weeks I've had this car. I only came in at my mechanics suggestion to HELP pay for these quirks. When i got my jeep at Credit Yes the spark plugs needed to be fixed, $600! The manager was so awesome there, and went halvsies with me. Turns out they don't want to help. The thing is also when I first looked at the car there were no scratches on the car and by the time I came home and saw front right end, had a huge deep scratch on the vehicle! Something the service department I am certain did.Not too impressed with the outcome of this dealership. More
