So, I contacted Steve, received a verbal agreement from management but 3 days later returned for a written agreement. Steve wasn't available so I met with Breez. Things went south with him. First he would not honor the agreement, offered me $5,000.00 less stating he can't even sell the cars he has now. He's great at staring you down and trying to intimidate you. He's rude and it's very sad, he sells Kia's but appears to me that he doesn't think highly of them due to the way he spoke so negatively about them. Doesn't deserve even one star

So, the General Sales Manager, Greg Batiste, emails me privately, offers me $1,000.00 additional for my troubles. This is still $4,000.00 less than I was verbally told I would receive (by my salesman who got approval from the manger on duty). A vehicle inspection? yes, I understand, but you knew it was purchased new in April 2023 from your dealership and now has 7200 miles. But Greg, a verbal contract is still a contract, but I guess Ron Tonkin Kia refuses to honor contracts with "customers like you" as you said in your email and Greg, what do you mean by that statement? And why Greg, do you condone the remarks, behavior, rudeness of Breez? Your silence is deafening.

All preliminary offers to purchase are subject to vehicle inspection and approval from the Used Car Manager (Breez). Had this car 3 weeks now, and has developed a loud noise in rear which turned out to be the brakes that happen to be at 15%. The front edges of the tires are so worn they're in the yellow, had my TRUSTED mechanic look over vehicle (bc of developing loud rear noise) and he said the dipstick is broken inside of oil tube! Couldnt even check t he oil. Then he suggested my mechanic broke it to have them pay for it. There is no way I did all this in the 3 weeks I've had this car. I only came in at my mechanics suggestion to HELP pay for these quirks. When i got my jeep at Credit Yes the spark plugs needed to be fixed, $600! The manager was so awesome there, and went halvsies with me. Turns out they don't want to help. The thing is also when I first looked at the car there were no scratches on the car and by the time I came home and saw front right end, had a huge deep scratch on the vehicle! Something the service department I am certain did.Not too impressed with the outcome of this dealership.

Spoke with manager Breez Sovey who replied “ Customer came in yesterday, Honest 1 auto was telling her things that they “needed” to do. I asked her if I could have our guy look at it to verify her concerns and she said no. Just wanted us to pay for what she got on her estimate. I told her we do not pay for suggested work to outside companies, we would want to look at it so we could make a decision on what to do”. The offer for us to inspect the vehicle still stands.

This is not true. I came in and showed the pre inspection paperwork that was completed by my mechanic. I requested help with the fees not an entire payment of the list of problems. Why would i do that when ive had experience with car dealership help before? And i do not recall him telling me he can have a guy look at it he told me that his guys looked at it and that he trusted their work, the same way i trust my mechanic. So no, i was never offered to have the car looked at as he is stating. I would greatly appreciate having the service department to "look" at the vehicle, how can they help me?
