Overall this Ron Tonkin Kia was great. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered every one of my many questions and showed me how to do anything I didn't understand how Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered every one of my many questions and showed me how to do anything I didn't understand how to use. Donovan was great while scheduling, Jose very knowledgeable while we were test driving and going through the purchasing process, and Jenn was so nice while we were signing all of our paperwork. 10 out 10 would recommend and we will definitely be back the next time we are looking at a new car. More

I did get my dream car here but bc it's used it came with quirks that needed to be fixed. Things that the pre inspection should've fixed (according to my conversation with Breeze) but didn't. Had this c with quirks that needed to be fixed. Things that the pre inspection should've fixed (according to my conversation with Breeze) but didn't. Had this car 3 weeks now, and has developed a loud noise in rear which turned out to be the brakes that happen to be at 15%. The front edges of the tires are so worn they're in the yellow, had my TRUSTED mechanic look over vehicle (bc of developing loud rear noise) and he said the dipstick is broken inside of oil tube! Couldnt even check t he oil. Then he suggested my mechanic broke it to have them pay for it. There is no way I did all this in the 3 weeks I've had this car. I only came in at my mechanics suggestion to HELP pay for these quirks. When i got my jeep at Credit Yes the spark plugs needed to be fixed, $600! The manager was so awesome there, and went halvsies with me. Turns out they don't want to help. The thing is also when I first looked at the car there were no scratches on the car and by the time I came home and saw front right end, had a huge deep scratch on the vehicle! Something the service department I am certain did.Not too impressed with the outcome of this dealership. More

She is awesome, we were laughing and chatting , making the paperwork fun! Last year I bought a Elantra from a Ron Tonkin dealership and it was a great experience, and thus purchase was even better! Great job all around!! More
