Have always been happy with service dept. But this time they disappointed me. Had my car two and half weeks! Car was towed in and James called me to tell me they couldn’t get to it that da But this time they disappointed me. Had my car two and half weeks! Car was towed in and James called me to tell me they couldn’t get to it that day. Told him, fine but I needed it by Tuesday of the following week cause going on vacation. He told me it wouldn’t be a problem. Everytime I called to check on it I was told I didn’t have an appointment so everything came before me. I was still hearing this excuse on the morning I was to leave for vacation. At what point does your vehicle that has been towed in get put on the appointment list??? NOT HAPPY! I have been a loyal customer since 2013 but I guess that doesn’t matter! More

Brought my car in May 2023 with complaints of a knocking sound coming from engine. Instead of customer service and support being the priority, placing blame and determining liability was this dealership’s f sound coming from engine. Instead of customer service and support being the priority, placing blame and determining liability was this dealership’s first concern. Was informed that there was a current recall on my 2019 Kia Forte ENGINE. Was not informed of this before. Was informed that it would be AT LEAST 60-90 days before I could even be told what was wrong with my vehicle. In that time, I was requested to provide this dealership with documentation “proving” that I had been taking care of the car (getting oil changes) because I was “missing two services in their system.” After letting them know that I had taken my car to be serviced at private repair shops and did not have the paperwork they were requesting, they informed me that they would have to take my entire engine apart (implying I was at fault). Upon dismantling the entire engine, dealership found that I, in fact, WAS NOT at fault and was given a faulty engine that WAS covered under factory recall. I received my car back in early August 2023. I am now here two weeks later, because my check is engine light is BACK ON. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 0/10. Would not recommend. More
