She indicated that your tire tread must be on a "3" in order for the Tires for Life plan to cover replacement. Unfortunately we are bound by the stipulations in the Tires for Life warranty coverage. Because we are unable to reach out to you directly, Brenda asked me to have you reach out to her directly. She will be happy to tell you where you are in the tire life cycle and check it at any interval for you. Even if you would like to swing by and have her check the tires before your next oil change she would like to help.
