They are not respectful of their customers’ time. In addition there is poor communication between the internet sales staff and retail staff. My first visit to the dealership was unnecessary. Joel had no idea why I was there even though I had been discussing a particular car in the inventory with the internet people. I was told I needed to go into negotiate a price but there was no negotiation. A waste of 3 hours To be fair I did get a call from Brendan and he lowered the price a little to compensate me for my time. Then it got worse. When I picked up the car there was no finance person available so I could not sign the papers. This was a cash deal. After 2 hours I demanded that a general manager take care of me. Which happened but it still took time to get the temp plate. To make things more interesting the car was delivered without an inspection sticker. That had to be overnighted but took 3 days to get to me. More
