Good deal that was fast and easy. I opted for a new car after wasting my time with used car dealerships. Rothrock didnt not have the car I wanted in stock but they were able to find on I opted for a new car after wasting my time with used car dealerships. Rothrock didnt not have the car I wanted in stock but they were able to find one for me near by. Within 3 days they had he car and everything ready to go. It took me an hour to sign as they gave me an up front quote that was well under other dealers price points. As well as a lifetime powertrain warranty. Really satisfied with the car and the ease of finance with minimal personal time out of my day to get me in the car. If your looking for something and they dont have it they will go out of there way to get it for you. More

Tony was excellent & a helpful hand through it all. Constant calls were made to get the issue fixed, had to contact Jeep Corporate to get a claim number so they would replace the part under warranty because I was told I’d have to pay, even though I hadn’t even had the car 48 hours. Never was offered for a rental, I had to ask for one. Then was told I’d have to pay for that as well, even though I explained it was warranty & an inconvenience. When I went to drop the rental off, I was contacted being told I didn’t fill the gas gauge to the exact place & that I would be charged. Overall, I love the car, but had wished my first “brand new car purchase” went a little smoother & not so stressful. They seemed so quick to charge me for every little thing while knowing I just financed nearly 23k on a new renegade. More

Our recommendation is to have the salesman walk through the process more; and more communication between the credit application and paperwork signing.
