My Mother was in the market for a new vehicle and decided on the Subaru Crosstrek. We had obtained quotes from 7 different Subaru dealerships and, based on a family recommendation, decided to visit Rafferty. on the Subaru Crosstrek. Vicki Graham was our first point of contact, providing us with a prompt internet quote. Dean Glyptis was our sales consultant. Dean was very professional and knowledgeable and was an excellent sales consultant. Rafferty provided my Mother with very fair pricing. Darren Sereikis from the finance team assisted with completing the transaction. Judah Woodard was our delivery specialist and was very patient in assisting my Mother with the vehicle settings. Ron helped me throughout the service visit until my car was almost ready, for some reason, then I was assisted by another advisor with the invoice: Express Oil Change. Battery from 6/10/25 was replaced u was almost ready, for some reason, then I was assisted by another advisor with the invoice: Express Oil Change. Battery from 6/10/25 was replaced under warranty on 11/18/25. Returned on 11/20/25 to deliver the screwdriver left in the engine compartment. *The invoice lists the mileage (67,000) from the 6/10/25 battery replacement paired with the date from the battery I purchased directly from the parts department on 6/12/23 (at less than 59, 000).
