We are very unsatisfied. We brought our almost new 2024 Impreza, our first Subaru ever in our family, to have it serviced on September 8, 2025 !! When we picked it up and got We brought our almost new 2024 Impreza, our first Subaru ever in our family, to have it serviced on September 8, 2025 !! When we picked it up and got home, we realized! That the inspection is due in September 2025. Why didn’t they see that? Now I see a whole week later that I’m getting a notice that I have an inspection due! This is totally unacceptable. We have had Hondas for 25 years and they always gave us Exceptional service and watched out for when our service inspections were due! How much more time do we have to spend at the Subaru dealer? Now another visit because you didn’t see it you took a picture of the car on all sides and the inspection sticker, but you did not service it! We should not have to pay much more when we go back on September 22, 2025 to have this car inspected! Sorry for this bad review but I can’t get over it question! More

Went to the Express Service for a oil change. As I spoke to the clerk my car was moved to the service area. I was told it may be one and a half hour. My car was already in the back so I figure I As I spoke to the clerk my car was moved to the service area. I was told it may be one and a half hour. My car was already in the back so I figure I would wait. Around 2 and a half hours later my car was brought out. It took 10 minutes for them to call on me for my checkout. I was told that they now have a call ahead for a appointment for oil change. I'm thinking that I may go to my local repair shop next time if the call ahead apt is not faster. Wait was way too long for just a oil change. More

In the past I've spent almost full days at a dealership trying to get to the final deal. Dean at Rafferty Subaru showed respect for my research and gave me a fantastic deal on my new Subaru Outback, includ trying to get to the final deal. Dean at Rafferty Subaru showed respect for my research and gave me a fantastic deal on my new Subaru Outback, including exactly what I asked for my 2019 Honda Civic in pristine condition and had me driving home in the new vehicle in less than 2 hours. As a woman, I was especially appreciative that the deal was presented directly to me as the buyer, instead of my husband who also attended. When I returned for a scheduled tech review, Rob was also respectful and professional and helped me make sure I was using all the settings I wanted. More
